Scientist I

Role: Scientist I in Ligand Discovery supporting protein ligand identification and optimization for resin platforms from early research through commercialization. Responsibilities: design and execute experiments using display technologies (phage, yeast, ribosomal), analyze data, communicate findings, collaborate across R&D, resin development, manufacturing, and commercial teams; manage projects and improve workflows. Requirements: Ph.D. in Molecular Biology, Biochemistry, or related; 0-5 years academic or industry experience; hands-on experience with display platforms and molecular cloning; proficiency with gene design software; strong data analysis and communication skills. Preferred: FACS, chromatography, multi-project management in fast-paced research.
