Role: Laboratory-based Scientist I supporting development of NGS-based minimal residual disease (MRD) assays for cancer diagnostics, from concept to clinical lab implementation. Responsibilities: execute experimental studies on assay development, workflow optimization, automation, and validation; prepare and characterize clinical samples; contribute to experimental design, data analysis, documentation, SOPs, and technical troubleshooting; collaborate with cross-functional teams including bioinformatics, automation, quality, and regulatory groups, supporting transfer and validation activities.
