Role Overview:
Scientist (Exploratory platform development) to contribute to in vivo CAR-T cell platform development and support pipeline development.

Key Responsibilities:
- Produce research-grade lentivirus for exploratory research.
- Perform lentivirus titration (p24 ELISA, qPCR).
- Develop/optimize cell and gene therapy platforms and in vitro immunoassays (e.g., whole blood transduction).
- Set up in vitro CAR T cell culture, characterization, and functional assays (PBMC culture; T cell isolation/expansion; multi-color flow cytometry; cytotoxic assays such as IncuCyte; cytokine detection such as MSD; VCN analysis).
- Independently design and execute experiments; collaborate with team and cross-functional partners.
- Deliver reliable data; interpret results; present findings.
- Complete ELN entries with strong documentation.
- Support laboratory chores as a team player.
- Optional/plus: experience supporting projects from early research to clinical stage.

Requirements:
- PhD in Immunology/Cell Biology/Molecular Biology or related field OR Master’s degree with 3–6+ years relevant experience.
- Hands-on experience in immunology, cell therapy, or gene therapy.
- Highly preferred: viral vector systems experience (especially lentivirus).
- Plus: industry or postdoctoral experience.
- Cell/molecular biology techniques; virology/viral vectors (lentivirus); mammalian cell culture and immune cell handling.
- Flow cytometry and immunoassays.
- Strong data analysis, organization, and problem-solving.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
