Role: Pharmaceutical process development scientist/engineer supporting small molecule solid dosage formulations from pilot to commercial scale. Responsibilities: plan and execute process development studies including scale-up, tech transfer, design space, validation; collaborate cross-functionally with R&D, analytical, regulatory, quality, and manufacturing teams; author technical documents and contribute to regulatory filings; evaluate new technologies and perform physical testing; support digital data initiatives and process innovation. Requirements: Bachelorโs degree with 2+ years or Masterโs with 1+ year in Chemical/Biochemical Engineering, Pharmaceutical Sciences, or related; proven ability to work independently and in teams; strong communication skills; hands-on experience in lab, pilot plant, or manufacturing environments. Preferred: experience with process scale-up, technology transfer, cGMP compliance, data analytics, process modeling, and statistical control. High-Value: small molecule solid dosage, process development, scale-up, tech transfer, regulatory filings, cGMP, cross-site collaboration. WorkSetup: hybrid in West Point, PA or Rahway, NJ; travel ~25%.
