Scientist, DMPK (BioAnalytical and Medical Writing)

Role: Bioanalytical Scientist supporting drug discovery at Cogent Biosciences, focusing on LC-MS/MS quantitation of small molecules in biological matrices, primarily plasma. Responsibilities: develop, validate, and perform routine bioanalyses; maintain and troubleshoot LC-MS/MS instrumentation; support technical writing and data quality assurance for preclinical ADME/IND activities. Qualifications: BA/BS with 10+ years or MS with 8+ years in Pharma/Biotech bioanalysis; strong expertise in LC-MS/MS, troubleshooting, and method development; proficient in Microsoft Office. Preferred: experience with Sciex QQQ or Shimadzu UPLC, DMPK knowledge, non-compartmental PK modeling, and process automation.
