Role: DMPK Scientist specializing in quantitative pharmacology for siRNA and therapeutic candidates, supporting drug discovery and development. Responsibilities: design, execute, and interpret ADME and PK/PD studies; apply modeling approaches (non-compartmental, compartmental, PBPK, systems modeling); integrate data for candidate selection, dose projection, and regulatory filings; build and document models using tools like Phoenix WinNonlin, Monolix, R; collaborate cross-functionally across bioanalysis, chemistry, biology, toxicology, and clinical pharmacology teams; prepare reports and contribute to regulatory submissions; stay current with modeling advances. Qualifications: Ph.D. in pharmaceutical sciences, pharmacology, chemical/biomedical engineering, or related; 0+ years (or extensive industry experience for non-PhDs); strong expertise in PK/PD modeling, non-compartmental analysis, and ADME; proficiency with modeling tools; knowledge of oligonucleotide therapeutics or novel modalities preferred; excellent problem-solving, organizational, communication, and teamwork skills.
