Scientist – CRISPR Screening, target identification

Role: Scientist in Regeneron's Oncology & Immuno-Oncology team, focusing on identifying and validating tumor drug targets using in vitro and in vivo models. Responsibilities: perform cell culture, molecular biology, and mouse tumor studies, analyze and communicate data, maintain lab organization, and support ongoing research efforts. Requirements: BS or MS with at least 3 years' relevant experience; expertise in mouse tumor models, large-scale mammalian cell culture, molecular biology techniques (PCR, western blot, cloning, transfection); strong organizational and communication skills. Preferred: experience designing FACS panels and performing multi-color FACS analysis; familiarity with CRISPR screening. High-Value: working on tumor biology, target validation, in vivo mouse models, and molecular techniques in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. Work Setup: onsite in Tarrytown, NY.
