Requirements: Ph.D. in organic chemistry or related field with 0-3 years' experience, or M.Sc. with 4-8 years' experience; strong background in synthetic organic chemistry, purification, and characterization techniques (Chromatography, NMR, MS). Preferred skills include problem-solving, data analysis, and team collaboration.
