Role: Conducts hands-on in vivo research within drug discovery, focusing on immunology and immuno-oncology, to identify and validate novel drug targets. Responsibilities: design and execute animal experiments (murine, xenograft, PDX models), manage sample collection and assessment, interpret data, and contribute to research methodology improvements. Provides technical mentorship and collaborates with project teams to ensure seamless communication. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent with 2+ years' industry experience; strong skills in animal handling, dosing, tissue processing, PK/PD, efficacy studies, and immunological assays.
