Scientist

Role: Senior Scientist in bioanalytical laboratory supporting bioequivalence and pharmacokinetics studies. Responsibilities: operate and troubleshoot analytical equipment (e.g., HPLC, mass spectrometry), develop and validate bioanalytical methods, review data and documentation for scientific and regulatory compliance, assist in troubleshooting and serve as a technical resource for junior staff, contribute to report writing. Requirements: Bachelor's degree (4-7 years experience) or advanced degree with relevant experience; strong knowledge of bioanalytical techniques (HPLC, MS), familiarity with GLP standards, excellent communication, problem-solving skills, and proficiency in lab software and data analysis.
