Troubleshooting established test methods used in development and release testing of screening reagents
Tabulating results and writing summary reports of assay development
Presenting findings at group and interdepartmental meetings
Maintaining lab supplies and equipment
Qualifications
Required: BS/MS with 6+ years of relevant lab experience; foundational knowledge in structural biology, biophysics, or chemical biology; experience in protein chemistry techniques (HPLC, FLPC, ion-exchange, affinity, size exclusion chromatography, and protein conjugation chemistry) and protein analysis (SDS-PAGE, Western-blot, ELISA); knowledge and experience in biophysical methodologies such as Biacore, Octet, or ITC to study protein/small molecule or protein/protein interactions and binding kinetics

Ability to work independently and design/carry out experiments based on protocols
Data management and independent decision-making with ability to seek support when needed
