Scientist, Bioconjugation

Role: Scientist, Bioconjugation focusing on designing and optimizing novel bioconjugates for Dyne's neuromuscular therapeutic pipeline. Responsibilities: synthesize, purify, characterize, and improve oligonucleotide-protein conjugates; develop conjugation strategies and site-specific modifications; troubleshoot complex challenges; collaborate across chemistry, biology, and process development teams; contribute to platform innovation and transfer processes to manufacturing. Requirements: PhD in chemistry, biochemistry, or related field with 0–3 years industry experience, or master's with 8+ years relevant experience; hands-on expertise in bioconjugation, protein purification, analytical techniques (LC-MS, HPLC, etc.); strong understanding of linker chemistry and conjugation mechanisms; excellent experimental design, data analysis, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills. High-Value: bioconjugation chemistry, protein and oligonucleotide therapeutics, antibody and peptide conjugates, early to clinical-stage platform development, analytical characterization, process transfer.
