Scientist, Antibody Conjugation

Role: Scientist in Protein Sciences focusing on antibody conjugation for ADC development. Objectives: assemble, optimize, and analyze antibody-oligonucleotide conjugates using diverse chemistries, with an emphasis on site-specific and stochastic conjugation techniques. Responsibilities: perform conjugation reactions, optimize yields, troubleshoot processes, analyze conjugates via IEX, HIC, SEC, mass spectrometry, and UV-Vis; collaborate with biology teams to plan studies and generate materials; drive automation for high-throughput workflows; maintain detailed electronic records and communicate findings to cross-functional teams.
