Role: Scientist supporting Bristol Myers Squibb's Cellular Therapy product portfolio, focusing on bioassay, flow cytometry, and molecular biology methods for QC analytical support. Responsibilities: conduct experimental work, support method investigations, analyze data, develop and optimize assays, and assist in method transfer and validation in compliance with regulatory standards. May lead project and investigation tasks, author technical documents, and support regulatory submissions. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in a relevant scientific discipline; 6+ years of experience in regulated environments, cellular or gene therapy, with expertise in cell-based bioassays, flow cytometry, and molecular techniques. Preferred: advanced degree, experience with viral vectors (AAV, lentivirus), and cGMP compliance. HighValue: cellular/gene therapy, viral vectors, QC analytical methods, cGMP, regulatory compliance, experience with FDA/EMA guidelines.
