Scientist, RCM Analytical Development

What You’ll Do
- Advance analytical development for cell therapy programs, primarily lentiviral vectors (LVVs)
- Strengthen existing and establish new biophysical methods to characterize LVVs
- Analyze, interpret, and clearly present complex datasets to technical and cross-functional audiences
- Partner with cross-functional teams across RCM to troubleshoot, align on priorities, and support program execution
- Author and review technical documentation (assay protocols, method development reports, data summaries)
- Maintain complete, timely, compliant electronic lab notebook records; support instrument upkeep; independently troubleshoot equipment and assays

Must-haves
- BS/MS in Biophysics, Biochemistry, Molecular Biology, or related field; 6–8+ years’ experience characterizing and quantitatively analyzing lentiviral vectors
- Ability to work independently to design experiments and interpret, document, and communicate results
- Self-motivated, proactive, able to prioritize and drive work with minimal supervision

Preferred / Nice-to-haves
- Experience with particle sizing/counting biophysical techniques (e.g., DLS, MRPS, fluorescent labeling assays)
- Knowledge of viral vector biology, design, process, and gene delivery mechanisms
