Scientist - Analytical Development, Regeneron Cell Medicines (RCM)

Role: Scientist in RCM Analytical Development focusing on cell therapy programs, primarily lentiviral vectors. Responsibilities: develop, optimize, and execute biophysical assays to characterize LVVs; troubleshoot, interpret data, and communicate findings; author technical documentation; support instrument maintenance and assay execution in an on-site lab setting. Requirements: Bachelor's or Master's in Biophysics, Biochemistry, or Molecular Biology; 6-8+ years experience in lentiviral vector characterization; proficiency in designing experiments, analyzing data, and independent troubleshooting. Preferred: experience with particle sizing/counting techniques such as DLS, MRPS; knowledge of viral vector biology and gene delivery.
