Role: Scientist I in Analytical Development and Quality Control focusing on nucleic acid therapeutics and LNP delivery systems. Responsibilities: develop, optimize, and qualify analytical methods such as HPLC and plate-based assays (ELISA, qPCR/dPCR) for product characterization, stability, and release; establish and maintain sample testing systems; troubleshoot assays and instrumentation; document procedures and results; mentor junior staff; collaborate across teams for platform advancement. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Biochemistry, Molecular Biology, or related field; 8+ years as M.S., or 10+ years with B.S., or Ph.D. with relevant experience; technical expertise in HPLC, nucleic acid assays, and nanoparticle delivery systems; proven experimental design and troubleshooting skills; strong communication and organization abilities; experience with Benchling and data analysis tools.
