Scientist, Analytical Chemistry

What You’ll Do :

• Lead and execute analytical chemistry services across discovery and development to deliver high-quality, decision-enabling data for drug discovery programs.
• Act as a subject matter expert for complex analytical problem-solving and rigorous data interpretation.
• Collaborate closely with Medicinal Chemistry, DMPK, Biology, CMC, and external CRO/CDMO partners to ensure aligned and robust analytical support.
• Drive team leadership, workflow optimization, instrument health, documentation, and operational excellence in a fast-paced start-up environment.

We’re Looking For:

• MSc or M Pharm degree with 7–10 years of relevant industrial experience in pharmaceutical, CRO, or drug discovery settings.
• Extensive hands-on expertise in HPLC/UPLC, LC-MS, Prep HPLC, and NMR, including method development, troubleshooting, impurity profiling, and structural confirmation.
• Strong experience in stability assessment, and data interpretation across diverse chemical entities.
