Scientist, ADC Oncology Discovery Biology

Role: Discovery Biology Scientist specializing in biologics within Bristol Myers Squibb's Oncology Thematic Research Center, focusing on advancing oncology therapeutics from target validation to IND-enabling studies. Responsibilities: design and execute molecular and cellular experiments to understand antibody-drug-conjugate (ADC) mechanisms, develop screening assays, and support candidate selection; collaborate across teams including pharmacology, DMPK, informatics, and translational research; present data and troubleshoot experiments. Requirements: Bachelor's, Master's, or Ph.D. in Life Sciences with 3+ to 5+ years industry or academic experience; expertise in oncology or immuno-oncology biologics drug discovery, particularly ADCs; proficiency in molecular techniques, flow cytometry, high-content imaging, and assay development. Preferred: experience with CRISPR, shRNAs, siRNAs, and high-throughput cell-based screening; strong communication and project management skills.
