Scientist, ADC Oncology Discovery Biology

Position Responsibilities (Scientist, Discovery Biology—ADC Oncology):
- Design and execute experimental studies from early stages through IND-enabling biology.
- Conduct molecular/cellular biology bench work to advance mechanism of action understanding.
- Develop screening “funnel” assays for compound triaging and identification of ADC drug candidates.
- Partner with informatics/predictive science and translational/lead optimization teams on patient stratification, in vitro PD marker identification, and assay development/transfer for miniaturization.
- Use function-based techniques for antibody-drug-conjugate (ADC) lead identification/selection.
- Establish ADC PD/efficacy relationships; troubleshoot and independently interpret and discuss data.
- Conduct and/or support lab work including tissue culture, qPCR, western blot, multi-parametric flow cytometry, immune cell culture (activation/expansion/exhaustion), proliferation and tumor-killing assays, 2D/3D co-culture assays, ELISA, Luminex, and DNA/RNA/protein processing.

Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s + 5+ years experience, or Master’s + 3+ years experience, or Ph.D. (life sciences).

Preferred Qualifications / Skills:
- Oncology and immuno-oncology biologics drug discovery (ADC preferred).
- CRISPR/shRNA/siRNA expression modulation; strong flow cytometry, Incucyte, and high-content imaging knowledge.
- Experience designing/optimizing high-throughput cell-based assays for antibody screening and ADC activity.
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and ability to manage/prioritize multiple projects.
