Role Summary

As a Scientist on our Antibody-Drug Conjugate (ADC) Biology team, you will play a pivotal role in driving the development of next-generation ADCs for cancer therapy. Through collaborative, cross-functional research spanning early discovery to clinical development, you will help shape innovative therapeutic strategies that address unmet medical needs. In this role, you will design and implement robust biological assays and screening strategies to evaluate novel payload chemotypes and uncover their mechanisms of action. You will help identify cancer indications most susceptible to these payloads and optimize their pairing with tumor-associated antigens to enhance therapeutic efficacy. You will analyze, interpret, and clearly communicate experimental data to multidisciplinary teams and key stakeholders. You may contribute to the generation of IND- and BLA-enabling data packages, supporting regulatory submissions and clinical advancement. You may integrate clinical insights—such as signatures of sensitivity and resistance—into early-stage discovery efforts to inform future therapeutic concepts. This position offers the opportunity to work at the forefront of ADC innovation, contributing to a dynamic pipeline and helping translate cutting-edge science into transformative cancer treatments.
