Role: Research Scientist specializing in upstream vector biology within the CAR-T cell therapy development team, focusing on lentiviral vector production for in-vivo applications. Responsibilities: design, optimize, and scale-up upstream processes from shake flasks to 40-L bioreactors, support process development and transfer, perform media and transfection optimization, and collaborate cross-functionally to ensure process robustness, reproducibility, and quality. Requirements: MS with 4+ years or PhD with 1+ year in Bioengineering, Virology, or related fields; hands-on experience in viral vector production, mammalian suspension cultures, and upstream bioprocessing; proficiency with molecular biology techniques; demonstrated ability to troubleshoot and analyze complex experiments; experience with gene therapy vectors, especially lentivirus, and scaling bioprocesses up to 50 L preferred.
