Role: Senior Scientist within Bristol Myers Squibb's Therapeutic Discovery Sciences, focused on target identification and drug candidate characterization for disease intervention using targeted protein degradation. Responsibilities: design and execute high-throughput cell-based assays, conduct mechanism of action studies, generate stable cell lines, and perform molecular/cellular experiments supporting preclinical small molecule discovery. Requirements: BS with ≥5 years or MS with ≥3 years in mammalian cell culture, cellular assays, molecular biology; experience with high-throughput screening and targeted protein degradation preferred.
