Role: Scientist in Translational Medicine focusing on discovery proteomics to identify biomarkers and profile immune recognition of therapeutic candidates. Responsibilities: design and execute LC-MS/MS workflows for biomarker discovery, develop immunopeptidomics assays, analyze complex proteomics datasets, and apply top-down/native mass spectrometry for structural insights; author method documents and collaborate with cross-functional teams. Requirements: PhD in biological/technical field or equivalent; 0–3+ years post-PhD experience; hands-on experience with immunopeptidomics, HLA immunoprecipitation, low-abundance peptide LC-MS/MS, and native or intact protein MS; strong bioanalytical skills; problem-solving and communication skills.
