Scientist

Role: Research Scientist specializing in assay development and validation of innovative protein detection technologies, focusing on integrating CST's antibodies with orthogonal assay platforms. Responsibilities: design, optimize, and validate proximity assays using DNA-conjugated antibodies; perform Western blot, PCR/qPCR, flow cytometry, and NGS experiments; analyze data and troubleshoot protocols; collaborate across teams and communicate findings; stay current with single-cell and DNA-conjugated antibody advancements; maintain laboratory compliance. Requirements: Ph.D. in biological sciences with bench experience; expertise in proximity extension assays, PCR, antibody pairing, Western blot, and cell culture; strong data analysis and experimental troubleshooting skills; excellent communication abilities. Preferred: post-doctoral experience, NGS and flow cytometry experience, proficiency in coding (R/Python), and knowledge of single-cell technologies.
