Scientific Fellow, Agentic AI (AI Co-Scientist Lead)

Role: Lead scientific and technical development of AI co-scientist capabilities within drug discovery, defining strategy, architecture, evaluation frameworks, and delivery plans. Responsibilities include managing cross-functional teams across scientific, computational, and technical domains; guiding internal development and external evaluation of AI tools; establishing validation standards; partnering with scientific leaders to identify high-value use cases; influencing platform and infrastructure strategies; and driving adoption and measurable scientific impact. Requirements: Ph.D. in computational biology, chemistry, AI, or related fields; 10+ years in scientific drug discovery, computational science, or AI/ML in life sciences; proven experience leading complex initiatives, evaluating AI tools, and influencing senior stakeholders; strong expertise in AI, foundation models, retrieval, and scientific workflows.
