The Scientific Director, Pathologist, Translational Pathology, Precision Medicine at Amgen provides pathology expertise to implement tissue-based assays and digital pathology solutions for diagnostics and biomarker strategies.
Responsibilities:
- Develop scientific strategy for translational tissue-based biomarkers (patient selection, pharmacodynamics, mechanism of resistance).
- Work with computational imaging for digital pathology/AI algorithms.
- Provide expertise in human and experimental pathology for assay development and interpretation.
Requirements:
- DVM or MD with 5+ years of relevant experience, or a Master's with 8 years, or a Bachelor's with 10 years.
