Role: Scientific Associate Director, Human Disease Biology, Inflammation Research, leading discovery efforts at the intersection of disease biology, multi-omic profiling, and computational analysis to identify therapeutic targets in respiratory, dermatologic, and rheumatologic diseases. Responsibilities: develop and execute disease-focused discovery strategies using multi-omic and human data; integrate systems immunology, AI, and emerging technologies; lead cross-functional initiatives with genetics, single-cell, spatial biology, and proteomics to identify targets and biomarkers; partner with translational and computational teams; oversee collaborations with external researchers; mentor scientists and contribute to program strategies. Qualifications: PhD, PharmD, or MD with 4+ years relevant experience, or advanced degrees with proportionate experience; strong background in human disease biology, multi-omic data integration, and drug discovery; proven leadership in cross-disciplinary scientific projects; high-impact publications and external collaborations preferred. High-Value: Focus on inflammation-related diseases (respiratory, dermatologic, rheumatologic), multi-omic technologies, human genetics, single-cell and spatial biology, disease mechanism insights, early to mid-stage drug discovery (target validation, biomarker discovery). Work Setup: Not specified, likely collaborative research environment with internal and external partnerships.
