Scaling Experiments for AI-designed Medicines

Role: Senior scientific leader overseeing high-throughput and translational biology at Inceptive's Palo Alto Lab, focusing on AI-designed therapeutics. Responsibilities: lead development and scaling of multiplexed in vitro, cellular, and in vivo assays; define lab strategy aligned with therapeutic priorities; foster an antedisciplinary culture; manage and mentor a multidisciplinary team of scientists and engineers; oversee validation assay development for AI model alignment.
