Scaling Experiments for AI-designed Medicines

Role: Senior scientific leader overseeing high-throughput and translational biology to support AI-driven drug discovery at Inceptive. Responsibilities: develop and scale multiplexed in vitro, cellular, and in vivo assays; define lab strategy aligned with therapeutic priorities; manage and mentor a multidisciplinary team of 10+ scientists and engineers; oversee validation assay development for therapeutic relevance; foster an antedisciplinary, collaborative culture. Requirements: PhD with 6+ years post-PhD industrial research experience in drug development; proven leadership in high-throughput molecular and cellular biology labs; expertise in assay design, data analysis, and visualization; ability to work across US and Europe, with some early-morning meetings and travel.
