We are seeking an SAP S/4HANA Manufacturing Systems Specialist to support our US Computer Systems Validation team. The SAP S/4HANA Manufacturing Systems Specialist is responsible for configuring, supporting, and optimizing SAP S/4HANA manufacturing solutions in a regulated (GxP) environment. This role partners closely with manufacturing business users, SAP developers, engineering, and validation teams to deliver compliant, efficient, and scalable manufacturing processes. The position requires a strong combination of SAP manufacturing configuration expertise, Engineering Change Management (ECM) experience, technical collaboration skills, and experience working within validated SAP landscapes. FLSA Classification: Salary, Exempt  Schedule: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM; Monday to Friday; On-site  Reports to: ERP Manager  Location: 13203 Murphy Road Suite 100 Stafford, TX 77477  What You’ll Do: As an SAP S/4HANA Manufacturing Systems Specialist, you will play a key role in supporting our Computer Systems Validation team:  Configure and support SAP S/4HANA manufacturing processes, primarily with integration to Extended Warehouse Management (EWM), Materials Management (MM) and Quality Management (QM). Maintain and support manufacturing master data including BOMs, routings, work centers, production versions, and production orders. Support Engineering Change Management (ECM) processes, including configuration and management of engineering changes impacting BOMs, routings, and production data. Ensure engineering changes are properly assessed, documented, approved, and implemented in SAP in alignment with change control and validation requirements. Translate manufacturing and engineering business requirements into clear functional and technical specifications. Collaborate with SAP developers on custom developments, enhancements, interfaces, and integrations related to manufacturing and ECM processes. Support SAP Computer System Validation (CSV) activities, including impact assessments, testing, and documentation in compliance with GxP requirements. Partner with validation and quality teams to ensure all system and engineering changes meet regulatory and audit standards. Provide production support, issue resolution, and root cause analysis for manufacturing- and engineering-related SAP issues. Support system upgrades, enhancements, and continuous improvement initiatives within SAP S/4HANA manufacturing. Required Experience and Education: Bachelor’s degree in IT, Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related field, or equivalent experience. Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience working in SAP S/4HANA environments Hands-on experience configuring SAP S/4HANA manufacturing solutions. Experience supporting Engineering Change Management (ECM) processes and Master data Updates within SAP. Experience working with SAP developers on technical solutions and system integrations. Experience supporting SAP systems in regulated (GxP) environments with validation requirements. Strong understanding of end-to-end manufacturing and engineering processes. Preferred Experience and Education:  Experience in pharmaceutical, biotech, medical device, or other regulated manufacturing industries. Experience with SAP ECC to S/4HANA manufacturing migrations. Knowledge of shop floor integration, MES, or manufacturing execution systems. There may be frequent interruptions with moderate noise levels and frequent use of printers, copiers, scanners, computers and other office equipment. Ability to sit, talk, walk, hear and communicate verbally and in writing is required. Occasional lifting of objects up to 25 lbs is expected.  Travel required: up to 10%, including nationally and internationally. Hearing – the ability to hear, understand, and distinguish speech and/or other sounds one-on-one, group or conference, telephone, and other sounds. Keyboarding – entering data or text into a computer or other machine by means of a keyboard. Devices include a traditional keyboard, 10 key-pad, touch screens and others. Lifting - raising or lowering an object (up to 25 lbs) from one level to another (includes upward pulling). Carrying is to transport an object – usually by holding it in the hands or arms but may occur on the shoulder. Near Visual Acuity – clarity of vision at approximately 20 inches or less (working with small objects, reading small print, including the use of computers). Pushing - Exerting force upon an object so that the object moves away from the object. Pulling - Exerting force upon an object so that the object moves toward the force. Sitting – remaining in a sitting position for at least 50% of the time. Standing/Walking - remain on one's feet in an upright position at a workstation. Stooping – occasional bending the body downward and forward by bending the spine at the waist - requiring full use of the lower extremities and back muscles.
