Role Summary
SAP Master Data Analyst for Advanced Therapies Manufacturing at Lilly. Supports startup and ongoing operations of a greenfield manufacturing site by maintaining master data in SAP and driving continuous improvement within the Supply Chain organization.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain key data and data design in SAP (Material Master, Bill of Materials, Recipes, Resource, Purchasing-Info Records and Warehousing) and associated systems
- Create and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and training materials
- Ensure global data consistency and conformance to SOPs while managing master data updates due to process or system changes
- Serve as a key member of the SAP Implementation Project Team during the greenfield site construction/startup phase
- Contribute to global initiatives for Master Data Management and share best practices with peers
- Generate OSSCE metrics and Pareto analyses
- Drive process improvement initiatives related to setup of new materials and data accuracy tracking
- Participate in annual standard costing assessment and review planning data
- Troubleshoot SAP or MES execution problems, identify root causes, and implement solutions
- Investigate deviations and provide impact assessments for change management
- Maintain a safe workplace and compliance with learning plans and SOP adherence
Qualifications
- Required: Bachelorโs degree
- Or: High-school diploma with 5+ years relevant SAP work experience
- Preferred: SAP / Master Data experience in Material Master creation and maintenance
- Knowledge / experience in Manufacturing, Packaging, and/or Customer Service
- Strong organizational and project management skills
- Strong interpersonal skills; customer-oriented
- Excellent computer skills (e.g., MRP, SAP, Excel)
