What You'll Do:
- Support manufacturing site logistic flow from inbound to outbound, supply material to the shop floor, and store material in warehouses.
- Maintain understanding of SAP functionality and system thinking; SAP integrates with MES, LIMS, Yard Management, and Transportation Management.
Responsibilities:
- Understand how logistics tools integrate with MES and Process Automation.
- Support implementation of the site SAP solution, including EWM.
- Identify supply chain system evolutions that improve user experience or offering functionality.
- Contribute to projects; assess business impact and evaluate/recommend technical options.
- Support site implementation, integrations, and site preparation.
- Provide support to production and day-to-day warehousing once live.
- Gather requirements with multiple business areas and create cross-functional solutions.
- Promote process improvement and innovation.
- Assist with curriculum development and user training.
- Adhere to corporate computer systems validation policies and procedures.
Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelorβs degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or related field.
- 2 years of SAP experience in a regulated manufacturing environment; project/implementation experience preferred.
- Authorized to work in the United States full-time (Lilly does not sponsor visas).
Additional Skills (preferred/bonus):
- SAP PP, MM, LE; familiarity with BOMs and Master Recipes.
- SAP EWM and QM bonus; system analyst experience.
- SDLC knowledge; cGMP familiarity; Microsoft Office proficiency; project management/leadership; strong communication.
- On-site requirement: minimum 4 days on site in Lebanon, IN.
