Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Engineering, 13+ years IT experience with 8+ years in Salesforce architecture and technology (Apex, Lightning, declarative tools), 8+ years in integration and 5+ years leading technical teams. Preferred: Salesforce certifications (CTA, Application/System Architect, Developer II), experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), regulated industries (healthcare, pharma), and platforms like Vlocity, Marketing Cloud, Data Cloud. High-value: focus on Salesforce platform design, integration, security, and governance; experience supporting enterprise transformation; leadership in technical delivery.
