Position Summary
Hybrid role managing, optimizing, and supporting the Salesforce platform while ensuring quality, reliability, and performance of CRM-related processes, integrations, and enhancements. Combines Salesforce administration with structured QA testing to drive operational excellence, data integrity, and continuous improvement.
Job Responsibilities
- Configure, maintain, and enhance Salesforce objects, fields, page layouts, record types, workflows, validation rules, and automations (Flows).
- Manage user accounts, profiles, roles, permission sets, and security controls.
- Maintain data integrity via routine audits, data cleansing, and deduplication.
- Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and ensure Salesforce best practices.
- Build and maintain custom reports, dashboards, and analytics.
- Support integrations between Salesforce and other business systems (e.g., marketing automation, ERP, customer service tools).
- Document system configurations, processes, and SOPs.
- Act as the main point of contact for Salesforce-related inquiries, tickets, and enhancement requests.
Quality Assurance
- Develop and execute test plans, test cases, regression test scripts, and UAT processes for Salesforce changes, releases, and integrations.
- Identify, log, and track defects, inconsistencies, and usability issues through resolution.
- Validate data migrations, bulk updates, and workflow automation.
- Partner with product owners, business stakeholders, and developers to refine requirements.
- Participate in sprint ceremonies and release planning.
- Ensure enhancements meet compliance, documentation, and change-management standards.
- Continuously improve QA processes, coverage, tools, and documentation.
Required Qualifications / Skills
- 2+ years Salesforce Administrator (or similar) experience.
- Salesforce Administrator (ADM-201) certification strongly preferred.
- Salesforce Lightning; Flows; declarative automation tools.
- Strong knowledge of CRM workflows and lead/opportunity management.
- Hands-on QA: test planning, functional testing, regression testing, and UAT coordination.
- Data management tools: Data Loader, Data Import Wizard.
- Ability to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.
- Attention to detail, critical thinking, problem-solving.
- Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration.
Preferred Qualifications / Skills
- Experience with Service Cloud, Health Cloud, Experience Cloud, or custom applications.
- Testing tools (e.g., Jira, TestRail).
- APIs, integrations, and middleware (e.g., MuleSoft, Boomi, Zapier).
- Agile/Scrum experience.
- Basic SOQL, HTML, or Apex (plus).

- Periodic travel and some evenings/weekends and/or holidays.
