Sales Specialist Mass Spectrometry

Role: The Lab Productivity Product Specialist is a remote sales role focused on promoting Agilent mass spectrometry solutions integrated with automation hardware and software to enhance laboratory workflows. Objectives include driving digital transformation, automation, and efficiency improvements for customers in North America. Responsibilities encompass consultative selling, developing account strategies, engaging stakeholders to understand workflow challenges, supporting sales efforts, facilitating cross-functional collaboration, representing Agilent at industry events, and evaluating third-party technologies for integrated solutions. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in chemistry, biochemistry, or related field; 2+ years laboratory experience with analytical workflows, automation, LC/MS; strong communication skills; ability to travel within North America. Preferred: Experience with automated workflows in pharma/biopharma labs, familiarity with laboratory automation platforms, and customer-facing roles.
