Sales Representative, Women's Health - Richmond, VA

Key responsibilities:
- Develop business plan for assigned territory consistent with Viatris sales plans, strategies, and objectives.
- Conduct quality sales presentations to targeted customers.
- Achieve quarterly sales goals within territory while adhering to ethical sales practices and required regulations.
- Understand and demonstrate targeting principles.
- Develop pre-call planning strategy for key targets.
- Develop positive, interactive relationships with peers, customers, and Company managers.
- Ensure high levels of call and field productivity.
- Gather and utilize information from offices, pharmacists, and others to implement specific strategies for territory prescribers.
- Leverage sample program, literature, and other materials to ensure physician awareness of Viatris products.
- Respond appropriately to customer requests in a timely, reliable manner with consistent information.
- Pursue continuous learning and professional development in efficient sales, communication, and product knowledge.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelorโs degree and 0โ3 years of B2B sales experience (combination of experience and/or education considered).
- Demonstrated business acumen.
- Demonstrated success in influence and negotiation skills.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills; strong verbal, interpersonal, and listening skills.
- Ability to work independently and as a team member to deliver results.
- Demonstrated self-starter and highly motivated.
- Ability to travel throughout territory (may include overnight travel).
- Must reside in territory geography.
- Valid Driverโs License and acceptable driving record.
- Authorization and ability to drive a Company leased vehicle or authorized rental vehicle.
- English proficiency (speaking, comprehending, reading, and writing).
Compensation:
- Salary range: $72,000.00โ$108,000.00 USD.
