Role Summary

Sales Representative for the Richmond, VA area (ENDO) responsible for implementing marketing and sales strategies, delivering informative presentations to healthcare practitioners and facilities, and ensuring consistent territory coverage. Travel up to 50% (potential overnight) and occasional weekend coverage may be required to support patient programs. Maintain compliance with reporting requirements and participate in trainings and meetings.

Responsibilities

  • Meet and exceed product sales goals within the assigned territory through strategic business planning and effective coverage of healthcare providers, hospitals, clinics, pharmacies, and relevant accounts.
  • Manage sample distribution and record transactions in accordance with company policy and PDMA guidelines; craft and deliver comprehensive sales presentations using approved materials.
  • Develop and execute a daily call schedule to ensure efficient territory coverage; perform pre/post call analysis and analyze sales data to maximize impact.
  • Enter calls promptly into the CRM system and maintain accurate territory information; safeguard company assets and adhere to reporting deadlines.

Qualifications

  • Required: Bachelor's Degree (BA/BS) in Business, Life Sciences, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Required: Minimum 1 year of outside sales experience (life sciences experience preferred).
  • Required: US Driver's license (upon hire).
  • Required: Excellent communication and presentation skills; strong understanding of disease states and related treatments; ability to build and maintain professional relationships; self-motivation with strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Preferred: Experience in pharmaceutical or medical device sales; ability to apply selling models and customer engagement frameworks.
