Role Summary
The Sales Analyst II is part of a small team that supports the sales division by capturing leads from various data sources, maintaining data integrity, and distributing leads according to defined processes to maximize sales opportunities. The role requires working with tools to ensure leads are relevant and not duplicates, with proficiency in Excel or other reporting tools to manage large, imperfect data. The analyst will explore lead data to identify trends, anomalies, or opportunities and support the Sales team accordingly.
Responsibilities
- Process sales lead lists from external sources to capture relevant leads not yet known to Anda and add them to the known customers and leads.
- Maintain GPO member rosters, adding new members and removing invalid ones.
- Collaborate with sales leaders to align lead assignments to sales reps based on initiatives and priorities.
- Assist with tracking the success of marketing and sales programs.
- Prioritize the highest quality and most relevant leads for distribution to the sales floor.
Qualifications
- Required: Associates degree or higher
- Required: Proficient with MS Office, particularly Excel
- Required: At least 3 years analytical or precision-oriented office work such as financial, sales, or business analyst
- Required: Excellent communication and collaboration skills; ability to communicate with various levels in the organization up to directors
- Required: Experience analyzing and drawing meaning from large data sets like sales performance and customer demographics
- Preferred: Experience with visualization or report writing tools like Cognos or Tableau
- Preferred: Experience with Salesforce CRM
- Preferred: Knowledge of relational database concepts
