Sales Agronomist III-Southeast Nebraska

Role: Sales Agronomist III responsible for promoting Bayer Crop Science products, advising key growers, and driving business growth in Southeast Nebraska. Responsibilities: develop comprehensive business plans with Field Sales Representatives, build strong grower relationships through agronomic support, lead demand generation, support crop planning and trials, and monitor grower activity; manage seasonal tasks and budgets; collaborate with internal teams for business understanding and strategic input. Requirements: Bachelor's in agriculture or related field; 8+ years in agronomy, sales, or marketing; strong communication, strategic thinking, digital fluency, and relationship-building skills; ability to learn agronomic concepts quickly; valid driver’s license.
