Safety Operations Manager, Global Patient Safety

Role: Senior professional overseeing Global Patient Safety (GPS) Operations, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and operational excellence. Responsibilities: manage safety case triage, case processing, and reporting activities; coordinate with internal teams (clinical, medical, regulatory) and external vendors; oversee safety specialists’ tasks; develop and implement safety processes; ensure adherence to global pharmacovigilance regulations including EU, US, and Japan. Requirements: Bachelor's or Master's in healthcare, life sciences, or related field; minimum 5 years in Safety, Clinical Research, or Pharmacovigilance; at least 7 years of experience in global drug safety, with expertise in pharmacovigilance regulations and safety databases (preferably Argus).
