Safety and Occupational Health Manager

Role: Safety & Occupational Health (S&O) Manager leading site-wide EHS programs at a biopharma manufacturing facility, with a focus on cell therapy support. Responsibilities: develop and implement risk assessments, ergonomics programs, and policies across manufacturing, labs, and warehouse; ensure compliance with environmental, safety, and health regulations; support GMP clinical drug substance operations; conduct incident investigations and oversee corrective actions; engage in EHS governance and training; build cross-functional relationships. Requirements: Bachelor's in Environmental Science, Occupational Health, Engineering, or related; 5+ years in EHS, preferably within GMP pharma/biotech environments; experience with risk assessments, ergonomic evaluations, audits, and regulatory interface; proficiency in EHS systems and regulatory standards (EPA, OSHA, NJDEP). Preferred: certifications such as CSP, CIH, or CHMM.
