Root Cause Analysis Engineer

Role: Root Cause Analysis Engineer responsible for identifying, evaluating, and prioritizing manufacturing issues, developing and validating analytical test methods, and operating instruments such as GC, MS, FTIR, DSC, DMA, TGA, and Rheometer. Responsibilities include leading studies, troubleshooting product defects, conducting raw material and final product testing, and implementing process improvements using Lean Six Sigma. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in science or engineering; 5+ years of laboratory experience in private, public, government, or military sectors. Preferred skills include experience with manufacturing environments, problem diagnosis, data analysis tools (e.g., SPC, FMEA), and proficiency in analytical instrumentation.
