Role: Support the deployment and operation of robotic clusters within AstraZeneca's GMP cell therapy manufacturing environment, focusing on IT/OT integration, automation, and cybersecurity. Responsibilities: design and maintain OT/IT network architecture, implement cybersecurity controls per Zero Trust and ISA-62443 standards, support automation programming and vendor software platforms, ensure seamless integration with manufacturing systems (MES, LIMS, ELN), manage data integrity and electronic batch records, support IoT environmental monitoring, develop disaster recovery plans, and coordinate FAT/SAT activities. Requirements: bachelor’s in computer science or related field; 5+ years supporting automation and manufacturing IT systems; strong cybersecurity expertise including Zero Trust, ISA-62443; experience with MES (PAS-X, TULIP), LIMS, ELN; proficiency in Python, C++, or C#; knowledge of FDA 21 CFR Part 11, GxP, and pharmaceutical data integrity; cloud platform experience (AWS, Azure, GCP); excellent project management and communication skills. Preferred: experience in advanced manufacturing, validation frameworks (GAMP 5), DevSecOps, and agile methodologies.
