Key Responsibilities
Thought Leader Engagement
- Identify, build, and strengthen commercial relationships with External Experts, emerging leaders, and relevant patient and professional associations within assigned geography.
- Develop regional engagement plans for External Experts and ensure consistent tactical execution throughout the year.
- Lead consulting sessions and External Expert engagements to gather real-time insights, validate trends, and generate actionable recommendations.
- Connect HCPs with cross-functional partners to support partnership opportunities and elevate patient care.

Strategic Marketing
- Provide real-time qualitative insights to cross-functional partners to inform brand strategies and tactics.
- Demonstrate in-depth understanding of external and internal drivers and connect Integrated Brand Teams for collaboration opportunities in compliance with industry standards.
- Understand the competitive landscape, provider dynamics, and competitive intelligence in the assigned geography.
- Lead execution of key national/regional conferences and provide strategic support for state society meetings.
- Lead partnerships with field leadership to optimize pull-through of marketing strategies.
- Coordinate direction and deliverables of external vendors and internal departments (Agency Partners, Market Research, Legal, Regulatory, Medical Affairs, Office of Ethics and Compliance).

Key Skills
- Understanding of Rheumatology disease state and competitive landscape.
- Ability to provide in-depth insights to support marketing strategy, resource optimization, and tactic development.
- Mastery of verbal/non-verbal communication and live/virtual presentation.
- Experience influencing and working with integrated, cross-functional teams.
- Ability to navigate a field/headquarters matrix to drive strategy and brand performance.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of applicable regulations and standards affecting Pharmaceutical Products.

Qualifications
- Bachelorโ€™s Degree in Science or related field.
- Advanced degree or previous sales/marketing experience required; MBA preferred.
- Knowledge of applicable regulations and standards affecting Pharmaceutical Products.
- Minimum 5 years of sales or marketing pharmaceutical experience (e.g., clinical liaison, sales training, marketing, Sr. Account Executive, District Manager).
- Ability to drive a personal auto or company vehicle (or powered material handling equipment).
- Valid driverโ€™s license; ability to pass pre-employment drug screening and meet safe driving requirements.
