Rheumatology Territory Account Specialist β White Plains

Key Responsibilities:
- Resolve account challenges with effective, tailored solutions.
- Build and execute a territory plan aligned to shared priorities to drive product demand and improve patient outcomes.
- Partner with territory teammates, field teams, and home-office colleagues to deliver access support.
- Use market/competitive insights and cross-functional knowledge to anticipate opportunities and respond with agility.
- Leverage territory data and trends to uncover local insights and lead impactful customer engagements (virtual or in person).
- Facilitate planning sessions with key stakeholders to solve complex challenges across functions.
- Provide real-time access support in partnership with Patient Specialty Services (PSS).
- Use digital tools and omni-channel strategies to personalize outreach.
Essential Requirements:
- Bachelorβs degree.
- 0β10+ years experience varies by level (2+ yrs for Territory, 5+ for Senior, 10+ for Executive) in specialty pharma/biotech/healthcare or similar complex sales; consistent success with large accounts; ethical, analytics-driven problem solving.
- Must reside within territory or within 50 miles of the territory border.
- Ability to travel 60β80% and drive and/or fly within the territory; valid, unrestricted driverβs license.
Desirable Requirements:
- Experience across therapeutic areas/disease states, account strategy, and new product launches.
- Knowledge of patient services, market access, buy-and-bill, specialty pharmacy, reimbursement, and/or medical calling on HCPs.
