Role: Territory Account Specialist (field-based, remote) supporting key accounts in an assigned geography.

Key Responsibilities:
- Navigate and resolve account challenges with tailored solutions.
- Build and execute a strategic territory plan to align priorities and drive product demand.
- Partner with territory teammates, field teams, and home-office colleagues to provide access support.
- Use market/competitive knowledge and territory data to identify opportunities and respond with agility.
- Lead impactful customer engagements (virtual or in person) using insights and trends.
- Facilitate planning sessions with key stakeholders to solve complex problems across functions.
- Deliver real-time access support and collaborate with Patient Specialty Services (PSS).
- Use digital tools and omni-channel outreach to engage customers virtually and face-to-face.

Essential Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree (required).
- Experience in pharma/biotech/healthcare or similarly complex sales environments with large, dispersed territories within last 5 years; associate level: limited prior sales experience acceptable.
- Proven ability to consistently perform and sell to large accounts/key customers.
- Self-starter with strong analytics and ethical/compliant leadership.
- Reside within territory or within 50 miles of territory border; travel 60–80%; valid driver’s license; able to drive and/or fly.

Desirable:
- Experience across therapeutic areas, disease states, account strategy, and new product launches.
- Knowledge of patient services, market access, buy-and-bill, specialty pharmacy, reimbursement, and HCP calling.

Driving: Essential function; must have fully valid and unrestricted driver’s license.

Compensation/Benefits (US eligible):
- Performance cash incentive; possible annual equity depending on level.
- Benefits include health/life/disability, 401(k) with match, and time off.
- Salary ranges by level: Associate $77k–$143k; TAS $93.8k–$174.2k; Senior $119.7k–$222.3k; Executive $132.3k–$245.7k.

Training:
- For field roles with dedicated training: complete initial training/home study (≤8 hrs/day, ≤40 hrs/week).
