Key Responsibilities:
- Navigate and resolve account challenges with tailored solutions.
- Build and execute a strategic territory plan to drive product demand and improve patient outcomes.
- Partner with territory teammates, field teams, and home-office colleagues to deliver access support.
- Use market/competitive insights to anticipate opportunities and respond with agility.
- Use territory data and trends to generate local insights, support pull-through efforts, and lead customer engagements (virtual or in person).
- Facilitate stakeholder planning sessions to solve complex challenges across functions.
- Provide real-time access support and partner with Patient Specialty Services (PSS) for seamless customer experience.
- Use digital tools and omni-channel outreach to engage customers virtually and face-to-face.
Essential Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- 5+ years (or per level) experience in pharma/biotech/healthcare or similarly complex industries with large, geographically dispersed sales teams (Associate level: limited sales experience encouraged).
- Proven high performance in navigating/selling to large accounts.
- Self-starter with analytic/problem-solving skills and ethical/compliance leadership.
- Reside in territory (or within 50 miles of territory border); travel 60–80%; valid driver’s license.
Desirable Requirements:
- Experience across therapeutic groups/disease states, account strategy, and new product launches.
- Knowledge of patient services, market access, buy-and-bill, specialty pharmacy, reimbursement, and/or medical calling on HCPs.

- Performance cash incentive; possible annual equity (by level). Salary ranges: Associate $77k–$143k; TAS $93.8k–$174.2k; Senior $119.7k–$222.3k; Executive $132.3k–$245.7k. Comprehensive benefits and time off.

- For field roles with dedicated training: complete initial training/home study (≤8 hrs/day, ≤40 hrs/week).
