Key Responsibilities:
- Navigate and resolve account challenges with effective, tailored solutions.
- Build and execute a strategic territory plan to align priorities, drive product demand, and improve patient outcomes.
- Partner with territory teammates, field teams, and home-office colleagues to deliver access support.
- Use market/competitive insights and territory data to anticipate opportunities and respond with agility.
- Lead impactful customer engagements (virtual or in person) using local insights to support pull-through efforts.
- Facilitate stakeholder planning sessions to solve complex challenges across functions.
- Deliver real-time access support and partner with Patient Specialty Services (PSS) for seamless customer experience.
- Use digital tools and omni-channel strategies to personalize outreach (virtual and face-to-face).
Essential Requirements:
- Bachelorβs degree (4-year).
- Experience (within last 5 years) in pharmaceutical/biotech/healthcare (or similarly complex sales environments) with large, geographically dispersed teams.
- Proven high performance selling to large accounts/key customers.
- Self-starter with analytic/problem-solving skills; ethical leadership and compliance.
- Reside in territory or within ~50 miles of territory border; travel 60β80% and drive/fly as needed; valid unrestricted driverβs license.
Desirable Requirements:
- Experience across therapeutic/disease states, account strategy, and new product launches.
- Knowledge of patient services, market access, buy-and-bill, specialty pharmacy, reimbursement, and/or medical calling on HCPs.
