Territory Account Specialist (TAS)

Key Responsibilities:
- Resolve account challenges with tailored solutions to meet customer needs.
- Build and execute a strategic territory plan to drive product demand and improve patient outcomes.
- Partner with territory teammates, field teams, and home-office colleagues to deliver access support.
- Use market/competitive knowledge and territory data to identify opportunities and respond with agility.
- Lead impactful customer engagements (virtual/in-person) to support pull-through.
- Facilitate stakeholder planning sessions to address complex needs across functions.
- Provide real-time access support and collaborate with Patient Specialty Services (PSS).
- Use digital tools and omnichannel strategies for personalized outreach.

Essential Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree.
- 4+ years (or 2+ / 5+ / 10+ per level) experience in specialty/pharma/biotech/healthcare or similar complex sales environments; limited prior sales experience accepted for Associate level.
- Demonstrated high performance selling to large accounts/key customers.
- Self-starter analytics and ethical/compliant leadership.
- Live within the territory or within 50 miles of the border; travel 60–80%; valid driver’s license.
- Driving is essential.

Desirable Requirements:
- Therapeutic/disease state and account management strategy experience; new product launch experience.
- Knowledge of patient services, market access, buy-and-bill, specialty pharmacy, reimbursement, and/or HCP calling.

Training:
- Complete initial training for field roles (home study ≀8 hrs/day; ≀40 hrs/week).
